Five Flavors Chicken Stir Fry

Ingredients
Boneless chicken breast (thinly sliced)2/3 lb (300g)
Basic marinade (dark)1 portion
Green bell pepper (4cm/1.5" julienned) 1 small
Ginger (4cm/1.5" julienned) 6 large slice
Scallion (4cm/1.5" julienned) 2 stalk
Red chili pepper (4cm/1.5" julienned) 1 each
Cilantro stem (4cm/1.5" julienned) 1 small bunch
Cooking oil2+1 Tbs
Salt1/2 tsp
Sugar1 tsp

Instructions
1.Marinate the chicken with the Basic Marinade (Dark) for 10 minutes.
2.Place 2 tbs. of oil and chicken in a heated non-stick pan. Sauté over medium-high heat until the chicken is turning white, approx. 70% done.
3.Add 1 tbs. of oil, ginger and green bell pepper to the same pan; sauté for 1 minute.
4.Add the chicken, red chili pepper, cilantro stem, salt and sugar; quickly stir and mix until the chicken is done. Serve immediately.

做法
1.雞肉與用基本醃料拌勻醃10分鐘。
2.不沾鍋燒熱後放入2大匙油和雞肉用中火快炒到肉片變白,大約7分熟。
3.原鍋1大匙油,薑絲和青椒絲炒1分鐘。
4.加入雞肉,紅辣椒,香菜莖,鹽和糖;翻炒至雞肉全熟即可離鍋。
