Instructions
1. | Marinate the chicken with the Basic Marinade (Dark) for 10 minutes. |
2. | Place 2 tbs. of oil and chicken in a heated non-stick pan. Sauté over medium-high heat until the chicken is turning white, approx. 70% done. |
3. | Add 1 tbs. of oil, ginger and green bell pepper to the same pan; sauté for 1 minute. |
4. | Add the chicken, red chili pepper, cilantro stem, salt and sugar; quickly stir and mix until the chicken is done. Serve immediately. |
